Very nice location for us snow birds. The reasons for not giving Sigsbee an overall 5 rating is due to the maintance of the campgrounds. The grass areas, except the sports area, needs to be mowed and the dirts roads needs to be fixed. There are some mud holes that are 6 to 8 inches deep, even in Hollywood and Pebble Beach area. With the park being full, the monthly income is around $150,000 a month. You would think they could afford to fix the roads. That's my opinion.
