Base relatively easy to locate as was campground. Two sections, old, with shade but low electric and some, what appeared to be, homesteaders. Got a site in the new section and the only issue was NO SHADE and it was 102 upon our arrival. But that was not a real problem, thanks to A/C. Sites were very large, both in width and length, and all utilities were easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to facilities, Exchange, Commissary and Service Station, which has diesel. This is a terrific looking base with beautiful housing and what appears to be mostly new base proper buildings. Outstanding appearance all around.
