First, Larry you need to remove the video for this campground, Those cabanas and the breakfast being served at the marina have been gone for years. As for the campground, it has been deteriorating and little or no action has been taken to improve the campground. For example, the lights on the campground fishing pier have been inoperative for at least a year. Most of the lights in the campground itself are inoperative. There is no camp host. They (MWR) let the person that used to keep the campground mowed and trimmed go. Trash (beer cans, cig. butts, water bottles etc. are around most of the sites. Some patrons that have pets fail to pick up after their pets even though bags are provided by the campground at more than one area. Also, according to one of the personnel in the campground office, someone had reported seeing rattlesnakes in the campground recently. Coyotes have been seen in the campground as well as badgers inside the trash bins at night.
