This was our third visit to the Fort Bliss RV Park in as many years. Although they don't accept reservations, and the park is usually close to capacity fill, we have never had a problem getting a site. It is one of the nicer military RV parks in the country. The sites are level, concrete pull-thrus with asphalt access roads. The hookups are top notch and there is recycling on site (minus glass). Although the park is not actually on Fort Bliss, the base is only 10 minutes away where you will find a great commissary and a large shopping area (including exchange). WiFi is only available in the RV park community building, but if you are willing to stroll over there, it is dependable and fast. We would definitely stay here again when in the El Paso area.
