Review Detail

We had a great 3 week stay at Agave Gulch. Other than the weak WIFI, which the manager told me has an update in the works soon, the only minus for us was no grill on each site, and the lack of a weekly and/or monthly rate. This makes the campground a little on the high side for military campgrounds. We are fulltimers, and stay most places for full weeks or a month to save on campground costs. We would have stayed for a month, but as we had paid for 3 weeks (21 day max stay) and had to pay again to stay longer, we decided to move on as there was no cost advantage to staying longer. Tonight we are in another military campgroud, every bit as nice with the plus of nice concrete slabs, patios and grills, for overnight cost of $13 (with $2 discount for Golden Access (disabled vet) card). Those items aside, Agave Gulch is a very nice RV park. We definitely will return anytime we are back in the Tucson area.
