Stayed here with my wife, son and daughter-in-law mid July 2022. We had one of the renovated 2 bedroom cottages which we immediately decided was an excellent choice for out vacation. I have stayed at the Marine Corps Base cottages on K-Bay and will have a difficult time deciding which I prefer. PARC is more on the water, had better kitchen utensils. was newer and the central air was a big plus in July even with the...
