Love the park. First time here. Small park with plenty of room between units. Easy parking. I have a 36' fifth wheel and was so easy to back into my site. Park host, Nathan, very cordial. Close to Savannah for exploring. Will definitely be back. Downside is MWR never answers their phone and they're not very good at callbacks.

Spent a couple of weeks here. We are full timers and this was our first visit to the area although we home base in north central Florida. Not crazy about the town of Destin. Just another FL tourist trap. Lot's of shopping here though. Has all the "big boxes". Park was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the spaces are very tight to get into and very close together. Very little room to park...

OK...Great campground. Problem is, it is saturated with senior officers going to school and they don't think that they have to be responsible for their pets (dogs). We are full timers (senior officer retired Navy) and checked in for a couple of days. Just touring around..spot was a little tough but nothing we couldn't deal with and knew in advance that we would need extensions. No problem. Had been on the road about 3 hours so our pups (2) need...
